Working closely with Saviour Engineering, we were tasked to design and produce heavy duty pipe supports and fabricate large slide guides to accommodate any expansion in the pipe that may occur from weather effects.

 

To make things simple for the on-site installation team we used easy to use Lindapter products which gave great vertical adjustment when installing the brackets. Due to the exposure conditions, all steelwork and fixings supplied by Support Systems were to be high quality Hot Dipped Galvanizing or stainless-steel products.

 

The water treatment works contained roads that called for a high-level pipe bridge to guide the pipework and protect from larger vehicles. The resulting product was a galavanized steel structure with welded UNISTRUT channel at intervals for easy fixing of our fabricated bossed pipe clips to the pipework itself.
